Zip rom files are supported, but must only contain one file. Inside your MS/PSP/GAME create a folder named SNES9X and put the eboot.pbp from the folder you just unzipped into the folder named SNES9X. So unzip ur file of SNES9X it should look somet like this one (i dont know if thats the most recent but it shoudl work)
